Cancel more than 72 hours before your confirmed pickup time and receive a complete refund of your 50% deposit. No deductions. No administrative fees.
Most competitors offer 24 to 48 hour windows. We give you 72 because we understand that Riviera Maya travel plans change, flights, weather, family situations. You should not be penalized for something you cannot control.

24 to 72 Hours Before Pickup, 50% Refund
Between 24 and 72 hours before your pickup time, your certified guide has confirmed the day, your private vehicle is reserved, and entrance coordination is arranged specifically for your group. We refund 50% of your deposit, the remaining 50% covers commitments already made.

Under 24 Hours, No Refund
Within 24 hours of pickup, your guide and vehicle cannot be reassigned. Cancellations in this window are non-refundable.
If your dates are uncertain, do not send the deposit until you are ready to confirm.
No-Show
Not at your hotel entrance at the confirmed time with no advance notice, the booking is non-refundable.
Running late? Message us immediately on WhatsApp +1 (970) 780-8327. Our guide holds a reasonable window, but the drive to Chichen Itza and the 8:00 AM opening window at the ruins limit how long we can wait.
If We Cancel
We cancel only when conditions make the tour impossible to run safely, hurricane warnings, extreme weather, government restrictions, or INAH closure of Chichen Itza.
When we cancel, you choose:
- Full refund, 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method
- Free reschedule, any available date, same tour, no extra charge
We contact you via WhatsApp as early as conditions allow. You are never charged when we initiate a cancellation.
Reschedule
Date changes are free when requested more than 72 hours before departure. Message us on WhatsApp with your new preferred date and we confirm availability same day.
Because your tour is private, just your group, rescheduling is simpler than with shared tours. There are no other passengers affected.
